New Boiler Installation

I have been installing domestic boilers for nearly 10 years,

I am fully experienced, gas safe registered, qualified to self certify, and good enough to be a Worcester Bosch accredited installer!

You need an installer who does the job quickly, accurately, cleanly and follows the correct regulations. You need this done at a reasonable price.

You need an installer who can advize you properly, who listens to your requirements and works with them to acheive the results YOU want.

You need an installer who can be contacted after if there is a problem.

I am that installer. References happily supplied!

Things you need to know
  • You have to have your system flushed, if you dont your warranty is Invalid, and your boiler's life expectancy is massively reduced.
  • Part L regulations - Energy efficiency - REQUIRE you to have thermostatic radiator valves and a full set of controls.
  • Every boiler install has to be registered with building regulations. If it isnt you will need a building regulations inspection when you sell your house.
  • I do all these things for you!

Tips

Location

Think carefully about where the boiler is to be located, be aware if you have other works planned, Moving the boiler again will be expensive. This is especialy relevant if you are considering a new kitchen. (you want the boiler IN the new cuboard, not sticking out the bottom, right?)

Make of boiler

There are many boiler manufacturers. Do a quick google search on your chosen model to check its reliability. Pound for pound Worcester Bosch are best.

Lifespan

A new boiler will not last 30 years. These days boilers are high performance items, expect 7 - 10 years MAX

Inhibitor

If you take only one thing from this page, take this. Correct chemical dosing is VITAL on a new install. A boiler that is incorrectly dosed can last as little as 18 months...
